Kevin
Brown - Executive Director Mr. Brown is in charge of administration, contract negotiations, and investor relations for the Company. Mr. Brown is authoring the Company’s business, marketing and financial plans and will play a key role in establishing the relationships, responsibilities and internal working dynamics between the Company, its strategic partners, customers, clients and investors. Mr. Brown is a senior management executive with more than 20 years’ experience in negotiating foreign and domestic contracts, joint ventures, strategic mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Brown also has extensive experience in the planning, management and finance of public companies. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Brown was Chairman, President and CEO of Holographic Dimensions, Inc. (HGRM), at which he was successful in several rounds of private placement financing prior to taking the Company public, established foreign subsidiaries in Poland and Panama, and successfully negotiated recurring revenue contracts with many Fortune 500 companies including Warner Brothers, Hoescht Marion Russel, Merck, General Electric and Coca-Cola. Mr. Brown also has extensive experience in the internal politics, barriers, and bidding processes related to foreign government-sponsored projects having secured contracts in excess of US$130 million from the governments of Nick Smith - Founder and Director of Business
Relations and International Development Mr. Smith, brings over twenty years
experience in national and international business development.
Mr. Smith is a founding partner in A & E Salvage
Inc. a successful salvage and demolition company, which currently is
finishing a two year $15 million dollar contract.
Prior to A & E Salvage Mr. Smith was the
Executive Vice President for Satamatics LTD London and Director of Business
Development for Latin America.
During his tenure with Satamatics, Mr. Smith
gained the confidence and respect of many government and top level business
people in Latin America. These will be utilized in the International
development of Lowland Metal Processing.
Mr. Smith has an Engineering degree,
and has proudly served eleven years in the United States Navy.
Mr. Smith is an Eagle Boy Scout and a Managing
Director of Rincon Infantil a Non Profit School and
Orphanage
with over 200 children in Caracas Venezuela.
